This cocky upstart is Denki’s new opponent.  Nearly a pure Light-nin, Joltoh will definitely give our ThunderKid a time.  At all times he just has this look on his face that screams “I’m a jerk, I know it,  and I love it” and that’s honestly part of why I like drawing this guy.
