The following are some highly recommended webmanga.
Contradiction- by Ki Hiwatari. Cute shoujo about a girl named Ruya and her adventures at a magic school in a magic town called Setsuyamachi.
Banana Twist- by Lisa Gibson. Another cute shoujo webmanga about the days in the life of the mysterious girl Ty and her three high school friends.
Directions of Destiny- by Hans Tseng. A must read. This is a story chonicling the adventures of Azelea, Zephaniah, and the students of the magic academy of the Alatus Institute of Higher Academics.
Fantasy Realms- by Clay Gardner and Niko Geyer. This is a fantasy adventure about a girl named Shiva who sets off on an adventure of self-discovery in a world that is on the brink of chaos.
E-Depth Angel- by Christine Chong. Another must read. Lein Lei is a moody anti-social cyborg who has all but given up on his own humanity. However a young nurse named Angel is dedicated to turning him and all cyborgs back to humans.
Under the Cherry Blossom Tree- by Ran. One of my friends from the DREAM project has several manga on display here, including Under the Cherry Blossom Tree. It's a one-shot manga but a pretty cute one about a shy girl named Eve who's determined to confess her love to her crush Adam, before he leaves for America. Also check out her newest project Kingdom of Faraway Land!
DREAM Manga Group- A bi-monthly webmanga which has several manga by several mangaka, including Ki, Ran, and myself. Currently we're in the process of reorganizing our group so that it will be a monthly webmanga magazine. As of now we're a bit full on ongoing series but we're still taking one-shots! If you have something like that, then please don't hesitate to join.
