The cool, calm, and loyal leader of the group known as the Warriors of the Storm, Strato is the prime warrior. Very little is known about his true motives except that he is loyal to his king Hurrican. He has the reputation as the most powerful of the warriors but he never uses his powers violently, making him both feared and admired by those who know of him either personally or through his reputation.
